Returns and Refunds

RETURNS - NEW IN PACKAGE, UN-USED ITEMS:
Products4Pets will gladly issue a refund or store credit (to be used within 1 year) for any basic stock item(s) returned within 30 days of delivery in its original, un-opened packaging and in un-used condition. Original tracking number used to ship the product to you will be used to verify date of delivery.

You must contact us prior to returning an item(s) for authorization or specific instructions. Please refer to our Contact Us page to contact us via email.

Any attached tags, header cards, manf. coupons, labels, etc. must be included and attached.

Refund or store credit will be the price paid for the product plus sales tax if applicable. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges. Any shipping charges incurred in the return of the item(s) to us (Products4Pets) is the responsibility of the customer (you).

All refunds will be issued via the payment method used at time of purchase. For credit card refunds, we will send a refund receipt via emailĀ once your return has been processed. For PayPal refunds, you will receive a refund receipt via PayPal's email service once your return has been processed.

Store credits will be emailed to you in the form of a code to be used during a future Products4Pets purchase.

Follow the Return Shipping Instructions at the bottom of this page to return the item(s) to us. Once we have received the item(s), the refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.

If, upon receipt of returned product, it is determined the item(s) is not in its original, un-opened packaging and in un-used condition, a store credit will only be issued.

RETURNS - DAMAGED ITEMS:
Products4Pets will gladly issue an even exchange or store credit (to be used within 1 year) for any item(s) within 30 days of delivery if item was found to be damaged or defective upon opening of package. Original tracking number used to ship the product to you will be used to verify date of delivery.

You must contact us prior to returning an item(s) for authorization or specific instructions. Please refer to our Contact Us page to contact us via phone or email.

If we can obtain an exact replacement of the damaged/defective item(s), an even exchange will be provided to you. If we cannot obtain an exact replacement of a damaged/defective item(s), you will receive store credit to be used within 1 year on a future Products4Pets purchase. The store credit will include all charges originally paid by you including shipping/handling and sales tax, if applicable.

Once we receive the item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no further charge and issue a refund for the return shipping charges. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used at time of purchase.

RETURNS - SPOILED ITEMS:
Products4Pets will gladly issue an even exchange or store credit (to be used within 1 year) for any item(s) within 30 days of delivery if item was found to be spoiled upon opening of package. Original tracking number used to ship the product to you will be used to verify date of delivery.

You must contact us prior to returning an item(s) for authorization or specific instructions. Please refer to our Contact Us page to contact us via phone or email.

If we can obtain an exact replacement of the item(s) and you wish an even exchange, we will ship a replacement item(s) to you at no further charge.

If we cannot obtain an exact replacement of the item(s) or you do not wish an even exchange of the item(s), you will receive store credit to be used within 1 year on a future Products4Pets purchase. The store credit will include all charges originally paid by you including shipping/handling and sales tax, if applicable.

We may request a picture of the spoiled item(s) or the item(s) be sent back at no expense to you if it is necessary to provide proof of spoilage to the manufacturer of the item(s).

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY/GUARANTEE:
We recommend that you keep all tags and receipts for an item if the item has a manufacturer's warranty and/or guarantee. If the item becomes defective and it is past the 30 day return window for the Products4Pets policy, you may contact us for assistance in determining if the item can be replaced by the manufacturer.

SPECIAL ORDER/DROP SHIP/SALE ITEMS:
Items described in our shopping cart as Special Order, Drop Ship or Sale items are not returnable unless damaged or spoiled.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
We ship orders promptly, often within 24 hours of order receipt. Therefore, orders may not be canceled once they have been placed. If you decide you do not want an item(s), follow the return policy instructions above to obtain a refund or store credit once you have received the item(s).

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. You must contact us for authorization or specific instructions prior to returning an item(s). Please refer to our Contact Us page for details on how to contact us via email.

  2. Once we have approved the return, package the item(s) using proper box and packaging materials to minimize any damage during shipping.

  3. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with reason for return written clearly on the packing slip along with the item(s) in its original un-opened packaging and in un-used condition, if applicable. Indicate on the packing slip whether you are returning the item(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange based on the guidelines described above.

  4. Ship the package to us using USPS Priority Mail. Be sure to use a tracking number for the shipment.

  6. We will notify you when the package has been received. Refund, exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the return.
