NEW RAW FOOD CUSTOMER GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for contacting us about raw food. Please go to our New Raw Food Customer Registration Form and fill out the new customer form. Be sure to read our policy because it contains important information about ordering raw food products.

You will need a password in order to see the prices for raw food items. All other items do not require a password. In accordance with our policy, we only assign passwords during the ordering period. Our next ordering period is noted above. However, we will assign you a temporary password for 2 days once we've received your completed New Raw Food Customer Registration form. We will send your login information to the e-mail provided on your form. We will send another e-mail when the order period opens so that you will know when to order.

We are not a co-op! We are a home-based business. We do not keep product on hand and do not have means to store any food. We DO NOT SHIP RAW FOOD. We place orders once a month (about every 4 to 5 weeks) and require clients to pay at time of order and also require clients to be able to pick up their order the day we receive it. Order pick up is always a Saturday and is listed on the website. You will always know at least 2 months in advance as to when we are planning an order. We send emails to clients at the beginning of each order period to remind them when orders are due.

We sell both Oma's Pride and Bravo raw food. We drive to both of the manufacturers' locations in Connecticut on the order day. We pick up the order and drive back to New Jersey. There are some months that we will only go to Oma's Pride. These "Oma's Only" months are listed on our website. You may still order Bravo treats on these months but not Bravo raw food.

There is no minimum or maximum purchasing requirements! We offer case discounts, bulk discounts and often have monthly sale items. You can see the discounts here. On months that we are getting both Oma's and Bravo orders, you are allowed to combine both companies in order to meet discount requirements.

You may order any item(s) along with your raw food order. However, if you wish to take advantage of a raw food discount coupon and another non-raw food discount coupon, you will have to place separate orders since the shopping cart will only accept one discount coupon per order.

We have several designated drop off sites located in Somerset, Hunterdon, Morris and Warren counties. The drop off locations and the times we will be at each location are listed here.

We do charge a handling fee calculated on a "per pound" basis. The handling fee ranges between 10 to 25 cents per pound. This fee is based on the current gas prices and will fluctuate accordingly. The current handling fee will be stated in the reminder email so you will always know what it is for the current order period.

NJ sales tax is also collected on all orders including those placed by out-of-state clients. NJ law requires sales tax to be collected on all orders that are physically received in the State of New Jersey.

All orders must be placed via our online shopping cart. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal through our secure shopping cart and cash, checks and money orders via regular mail. One of these payment options must be chosen during the checkout process.
