RETURNS
- NEW IN PACKAGE, UN-USED ITEMS:
Products4Pets
will gladly issue a refund or store credit (to be used within
1 year) for any basic stock item(s) returned within 30 days of
delivery in its original, un-opened packaging and in un-used condition.
Original tracking number used to ship the product to you will
be used to verify date of delivery.
You
must contact us prior to returning an item(s)
for authorization or specific instructions. Please refer to our
Contact Us page to
contact us via phone or email.
Any
attached tags, header cards, manf. coupons, labels, etc. must
be included and attached.
Refund
or store credit will be the price paid for the product plus sales
tax if applicable. We do not refund the original shipping and
handling charges. Any shipping charges incurred in the return
of the item(s) to us (Products4Pets) is the responsibility of
the customer (you).
All
refunds will be issued via the payment method used at time of
purchase. For credit card refunds, we will send a refund receipt
via USPS once your return has been processed. For PayPal refunds,
you will receive a refund receipt via PayPal's email service once
your return has been processed.
Store
credits will be emailed to you in the form of a code to be used
during a future Products4Pets purchase.
Follow
the Return Shipping Instructions to
return the item(s) to us. Once we have received the item(s), the
refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
If, upon receipt of returned product, it is determined the item(s)
is not in its original, un-opened packaging and in un-used condition,
a store credit will only be issued.
